Guidelines for the Applicant - Please read

All sections of this form must be filled in completely (where applicable). Please ensure that you have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions overleaf prior to submitting your application.

Classes will take place every Friday:

Class 1: 7.45pm - 8.45pm &

Class 2: 8.45pm - 9.45pm

We are expecting a high number of applications; therefore, places will be allocated on a first come first-served basis.

The monthly payment of £40 is required to join.

3. Terms and Conditions
Limitation of Liability

Greensville Trust shall not be responsible for any loss or injury obtained when attending Greensville Trust for BJJ. By signing this agreement, you agree that you, your heirs, legal representatives, or any member of your family will not make a legal claim against or sue Greensville Trust for its work in managing and administering Greensville Trust. If any portion of this agreement is unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement shall be construed, enforced, and governed according to the laws of England and applicable to agreements made and is to be performed in the United Kingdom. Any reference herein to the limitation of liability of Greensville Trust shall also mean that all agents, servants and employees of Greensville Trust shall have no individual liability whatsoever in connection with such specified events. This agreement sets forth the entire agreement of the parties and may only be changed or provisions waived by writing signed by both parties.
