Volunteer Letter Request

For Court-Ordered or School Community Service Hours
Lafayette Habitat for Humanity (located in Lafayette, Louisiana) welcomes volunteers who need court-ordered or school-related community service hours. We are happy to provide a letter to verify proof of hours. *Please note that we will not be able to provide documentation of hours completed if you did not sign out of a shift.

Please plan accordingly as letters will be available one (1) business day after both completing your hours and submitting this request form. (For example, if you complete your volunteer hours on a Saturday, you can expect to receive your letter sometime on Tuesday. The volunteer department is closed Sundays and Mondays.)

Please note that we cannot provide progress reports for volunteers. Instead, volunteers can access reports within the volunteer database. Instead of signing up for a shift, head to the "Report Management" section to print or email a copy of your hours so far.
