Please fill out our application here. Real time practice experience feeds your confidence in being the best chiropractor you can be.  TLC’s Mentor Match program accomplishes this by combining training with being part of a successful practice team.  Applying for this opportunity is the first step to being accepted into realizing the benefits and value of a chiropractic practice lived out with longevity- TLC style. You will have intensive boot camps, seminar experiences and practice events you will be part of as a team member not a spectator. This Mentor Match program is not shadowing- it is training as part of a team to be the best chiropractor you can be.  Mentor Match program does not mean you must be an associate in the practice you are matched with.  It does mean that you will spend the remaining time at school exploring the practice model you are matched with and gaining valuable practice experience.If you want more practical experience TLC’s Mentor Match program is for you so take the step and apply. We will be accepting 12 students beginning in December with rolling applications until we reach capacity.
