By entering my name below, I attest that I understand the following requirements for election as a National Delegate or Alternate Delegate for the 2025-2028 term.

I agree that if I am selected to serve as a National Delegate or Alternate Delegate, I will:
- Maintain a current membership with the Girl Scout movement during my three-year term.
- Attend the complete Nation Council Session in Washington, D.C. in July 2026 (tentatively scheduled for July 20-26).
- Attend all pre-National Council Session preparatory meetings between May 2025 and July 2026. GSOFCT National Delegate meetings will be held every other month from May-December 2025, and monthly from January-July 2026.
- Participate in follow-up events for GSUSA during the remainder of my three-year term (April 2025-April 2028), including quarterly GSOFCT National Delegate meetings.
- Attend annual meetings and membership meetings during my three-year term.
- Engage in special governance activities with Girl Scouts of Connecticut during the three-year term as requested.
I understand that my failure to participate in these regularly scheduled GSOFCT preparation meetings and to adequately prepare to represent council at the national convention may result in my removal from delegate status and that an alternate delegate may then be called upon to take my place.
