• Credits Form- Season 12

    This form is only to be used for applying credits currently available in your Jackrabbit account. Fundraising credits cannot be used if there is an outstanding tuition balance on your account. Credits may only be applied toward extra items once your cheer tuition balance has been paid in full. **If your account has a negative sign next to it, that means you have a credit to use.

  • CUSTOMIZED/SIZES

    Use this if you are purchasing things that have to do with sizes, names on back or glitter option.

  • If you have partial credits, it will be added to Jack Rabbit so you are able to finish off the balance! 

    Note: item will be not be ordered til the remaining balance is paid first
