The Driver/Fleet Owner signed below hereby authorizes Rubber Duck Funding, (“Rubber Duck”) to deduct $250 per month from Driver’s settlement to pay for the tax accounting services provided by Trucker Tax Service, Inc. (“TTS”) and allow Rubber Duck to provide their Settlement detail via electronic transmission to TTS.
It is the intent of Rubber Duck and TTS, through this agreement and partnership, to provide additional services to save Drivers money, help grow their business, and help keep them on the road making money.
The above fee will be remitted directly to TTS, who will prepare/provide for the Driver, based solely upon information provided by Driver, the following services:
Business Tracking App - Cloud-based software that runs on mobile phones, computers, and tablets

- Software application:
- Tracks revenue, expenses, and per diem
- Estimates any tax liability YTD
- Creates reports
Live Calls & Texts - Year round access, at no additional cost, to consult with tax experts on your specific needs.
Tax Preparation - Tax information collected remotely, so you stay on the road
- Electronic filing of corporate tax returns, and
- Electronic filing of personal tax returns
Payroll - Can save thousands of tax dollars, base on net income
