Freight Delivery Acceptance Terms
All customers must sign and accept all terms below PRIOR to their order being processed. Items will not ship until you have read and fully accepted these terms.

I agree to all the terms below

I agree that I have provided an accurate delivery address and phone number in my CandyMachines.com checkout process so that a delivery appointment can be made. If changes need to made, I will call CandyMachines.com customer service at 800.853.3941 to update my shipping details PRIOR to the order shipment.
I agree to be present during the delivery of my order. (The freight service will call to arrange a delivery time and day with you).
If I am not available to receive my order I will be liable for any redelivery or storage fees charged by the freight company.
I agree that if I change my delivery address during transit, I will pay the delivery change fee charged by the freight company. (currently $199, subject to change)
I agree that I will inspect and photograph the quality of the delivery packaging as it comes off the truck.
All machines should arrive firmly secured to a wooden pallet. I agree that I will confirm in writing on the driver's bill of lading and in photographs if the machines are NOT secured to a pallet before the driver removes the delivery from the truck.
I agree that I will have sufficient tools in hand to open and inspect the delivered items. (You may need a box cutter, scissors, etc.)
I agree to inform the driver that I MUST open ALL packages in his presence to inspect for damages. (Drivers will wait. But, please be efficient with your time.)
I agree to document IN WRITING on the driver's bill of lading of any damages to the machines PRIOR to his departure.
If a machine has significant damage I agree that I will REFUSE delivery of the machine, and ask for it to be returned.
If damage exists, I will keep a copy or take a picture of the bill of lading with any of my noted damage notes, and will provide a copy of this by email to support@candymachines.com along with my CandyMachines.com order number.
I agree that if I fail to do any of the steps above I am accepting the quality of the machines AS IS, and any repairs and costs associated of repairs are my responsibility.
