    COLORADO CIRCULAR TRANSPORTATION NETWORK

  • Prior to scheduling a pick up, you must have been approved by the CEDC to participate in the CTN. 

    Please fill out the form below to schedule a pick up with the Circular Transportation Network (CTN). You will be asked to include information about the materials that you would like to have picked up and verify that they are source separated and clean. CTN will respond to your request within 5 business days.

    Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee that your materials will be qualified or added to a route. All materials must pass CTN’s end-market qualification process prior to approval for a pick up. Materials must be on the list of accepted items, meet the minimum quantity, have less than 5% contamination, and be clean, source separated and free of hazardous materials. A new form must be submitted each time you would like to schedule a pick up.

      • Down-filled products (i.e., jackets, sleeping bags, comforters. No synthetic fill.)
      • Office paper (white paper, not shredded)
      • Paper (mixed, not shredded)
      • Plastic film (HDPE and LDPE)*
      • Plastics #1 (PET)
      • Plastics #2 (HDPE)
      • Steel/Tin

      At the time of pick up, materials must be on pallets either in gaylords, super sacks and/or bales.

      *Acceptable HDPE and LDPE plastic film items: pallet wrap and stretch film, resealable bags, cereal bags, produce bags, bread bags, grocery bags, ice bags, unpadded and padded plastic mailers, product wrap, bubble wrap, case overwrap, air pillows, newspaper bags, dry cleaner bags, agricultural tarps (LDPE) used for silage. Not accepted: PP, PVC, PET and Nylon.

  • Below you will be asked for information about the materials that you would like to have picked up by the CTN. For each applicable material, you will be asked to provide the total weight in pounds and information about how it will be collected (on pallets and in gaylords, super sacks, and/or bales).

    Note that if materials for pick up differ from what was approved, materials will be rejected and a fee to cover the round trip cost of transportation from the designated route to the generator’s location may apply.
