    Direct Worker Reporting is when workers give regular feedback directly and anonymously about what is going well and what could be improved in their working lives.
  • Direct Worker Reporting and how it works.

    The &Wider survey asks workers 20 questions about their life at work. It takes only 5 minutes for workers to complete the survey. We call it a survey cycle. The data cycle will begin during a week that you and the &Wider team agree works for you (you will always know when it is happening and we will work with you on this). After the survey cycle has ended, you will see what workers have said on your own &Wider dashboards.

    We use this information to create a simple and easy rollout plan for implementing Direct Worker Reporting at your site. We will need to work closely with you to get this listening system running in your workplace. Please can you ensure that you can receive emails from andwider email addresses. Warm thanks.

    This should be someone who has direct contact with workers who are on site and who can introduce workers to the project.
  • Planning your survey!

    Fill out below details and let us know when you are available to do your survey. It will be a 1-week period, and should take place during a peak period (if relevant) such as harvest.

    We want to reach as many workers as possible! Seasonal and permanent, as well as subcontracted workers on your site, so that everyone is contributing to the insights you will get. We also want to know what is the best way and time to reach them!
