SW Washington Team Confirmation-Captain's Agreement- Winter One Doubles

A USTA League Team Confirmation & Captain's Agreement form is required for all USTA League teams. Captains need to complete the information listed below and digitally sign the form for the team to be included in the 2025 Winter One Doubles league.

Completed Team Confirmation Forms must be submitted by Jan 5, 2026. You will receive an e-mail with your team number.

League Season: Feb. 6 - May 3, 2026

Playoffs (combined with One Doubles-Summer): August 14-16, 2026
Sectionals: September 25-27, 2026

Scheduling will be based on your input of preferences and exceptions. You choose your facility--public or private--for home matches and make the reservation. USTA does NOT reserve courts for One Doubles League.

Both players are responsible to pay their respective court fees.

The League Coordinator will develop a workable schedule based on all input of preferences and exceptions. This is to lessen the time and frustration for captains. Try to adhere to the schedule whenever possible. Reschedules are allowed but must be made by agreement of the two captains. The League Coordinator does not initiate changes.
