Link Benefits Agency Pooling Agreement

The purpose of this agreement is to signal the intent for an agency to pool their Priority Health commercial group sales under Link Benefits, LLC in order to qualify for a higher commission tier.

The Agency's production will be combined with all other agencies choosing to pool production under Link Benefits. Please review additional information on the Link Benefits Pooling arrangement HERE

Signed applications to the Link Benefits pool for the 2026 program period are due by 12/01/2025.

The participating Agencies agree to comply with and be governed by the terms and conditions of the elite bonus program as set forth and modified by Priority Health.
