    As summer colors fade and the vibrant contrast of autumn takes shape, we are witness to the rhythm of natures wheel and are inspired to celebrate the magic of transition; the beauty in both past and present. Led by @ashleysl of @divine_light_wellness we will be guided through deep energy work to embrace the curiosities of our past, release what no longer serves us in the present, and receive healing & love to serve us in the future. What to Expect: guided meditation, sound healing, light journaling for processing, a warm cup of tea & light bites. Please bring: a yoga mat or blanket to create your personal space, a photo of an ancestor you would like to be part of the experience (completely optional), and your personal  journal (we will have pens & paper if you need)
