  • Hillbilly Days 2025 Vendor Application

    Hillbilly Days Festival | April 24-26, 2025

  • Applications Closed

    Applications for Hillbilly Days 2025 have officially closed. Applications for Handmade Craft Vendors are still being accepted, while all other vendors will be added to a waiting list. If you would like to receive future communication from us regarding next year's festival, including emails about application openings, go ahead and submit this form.

     

    • Applications Open: October 2024
    • Late Fee After: February 1, 2025
    • Applications Close: March 10, 2025
    • Final Payment Due: March 31, 2025
    • Space Notification: April 7, 2025

    All vendor applications require a 50% deposit at the time of submission.
    Applications received after February 1, 2025, will be assessed a $50 late fee.

    A photo of your trailer, with tongue and awning, or your tent, and a photo of your merchandise is required with your application.

    Applications are considered incomplete if photos are not included.

    Once applications are accepted and spaces are assigned, deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.

  • Trailer / Food Truck Information

    • Trailer / food truck Spaces can accommodate units up to 25’ X 10’
    • If your trailer / food truck is greater than 25’ or you have additional equipment that must sit beside your trailer, additional space MUST be purchased at $30 per additional foot. Extra footage is charged in 2 foot increments.
    • Non-retractable tongues MUST fit inside your space (purchasing additional space may be necessary).
    • No trailer will be allowed to protrude into the street more than 10’; this includes attached awnings
    • On Main Street - No booth will be allowed to protrude into the street more than 8’; this includes attached awnings and equipment.

  • Tent Information

    • Spaces on the streets are determined by your tent size and allow up to 20’ X 10’
    • Spaces in the Parking Garage are 10’ X 10’
    • If your tents is greater than 20’ or you have additional equipment that must sit outside your tent, additional space MUST be purchased at $30 per additional foot. Extra footage is charged in 2 foot increments.
    • No tents are allowed on Main Street. No Exceptions.

  • Vendor Space Classification & Pricing
    $600 - Commercial Vendor (i.e. food and retail vendors)

    $400 - Handmade Craft Vendor (made by hand by the vendor)

    $600 - Alcohol Vendor (craft wine, beer, and spirits or handmade cocktails)

    $300 - Non-Profit Vendor With Sales

    $125 - Non-Profit Vendor No Sales (information distribution only)

     

    • All applications will be assessed a $5 processing fee.
    • A minimum deposit of 50% is due at time of application.
    • Electricity is charged per max amp at $1.50 per amp.
    • Additional footage is charged in 2 foot increments at $30 per foot.
    • A late fee will be charged if your application is recieved after the late date.
    • Non-Profit Vendors must provide proof of 501(c)(3) non-profit status.
    • All professional food vendors are classified as Commercial Vendors.
    • All political campaigns are classified as Commercial Vendors.
    • No commercial alcohol brands (i.e. budlight, modelo, etc.) allowed.
    • The Hillbilly Days Committee reserves the right to determine your classification.
    • All outstanding payments, fines, and fees from previous years must be paid before submitting a new application or your application will be rejected.

If your trailer exceeds the space allotted you MUST purchase additional space prior to the event. Trailers requiring more than 25 feet are charged $30 per foot extra and sold in 2 foot increments.

  • Tent Size

    Tent spaces on the street are up to 20’ wide and 10’ deep. You should allot space to accommodate your tent and all equipment. Tent space in the parking garage (handmade crafts) is 10’ x 10'. If your tent exceeds the space allotted you MUST purchase additional space prior to the event. Tents requiring more than 20 feet are charged $30 per foot extra and sold in 2 foot increments.

  • Invoicing & Payments

    • After you submit your application, we will review it and email an invoice to the email address you listed above. Payments can be made after you receive your invoice. This process can take up to two weeks.
    • A 50% deposit is required to complete your application and secure your space. You may choose to pay the invoice in full.
    • Your application is incomplete, and you will not be assigned a booth space without a 50% deposit.
    • If a 50% deposit isn't made before the late fee date, your application will be charged a late fee.
    • Your acceptance into Hillbilly Days will be complete once you receive the invoice and pay the 50% deposit.

  • By signing this form and submitting my application, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Vendor Contract and the Vendor Rules and Regulations as outlined at www.sekchamber.com/hillbillydays and I agree to the terms of those agreements.
