Membership is offered on a first come, first served basis and is only open to individuals who are currently or formerly justice-involved. The Center for Urban Excellence’s Fostering Resilience Workforce Program is dedicated to equipping Solano County youth and young adults, ages 16 and older, with the skills, support, and experience needed to thrive in their careers. Through dynamic work-readiness and life skills workshops, along with personalized one-on-one career coaching, the program empowers members to unlock their full potential, overcome barriers, and achieve their personal and professional goals.
