Membership is offered on a "first come, first served" basis. The Center for Urban Excellence's Fostering Resilience Workforce Program is dedicated to equipping 50 Solano County youth and young adults, ages 16+, with the skills and experience needed to thrive in their careers. Through dynamic work-readiness and life skills workshops, as well as personalized one-on-one career coaching, we empower members to unlock their full potential and achieve their goals.
