  • 1. Our Operations Manager will acknowledge your complaint within 48h, and you will recieve a response within 7 days of your complaint (unless over Christmas holidays).

    2. If your complaint remains unresolved, it will be referred to secretary@cycwaihola.org.nz. 

    3. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome/s of 1. and 2., you may contact the Child and Family Commissioner.

  • Whether you are a camper, volunteer, parent or caregiver - we gladly welcome your feedback on our Ministry Camps at CYC Waihola. You  may submit anonymously, but please know we will not be able to contact you with a response if you wish to do so.
