Event information
This event, led by Bird Conservancy of the Rockies and bilingual instructors, is a fantastic opportunity for participants to observe birds up close through bird banding. Bird banding is a scientific method where small identification bands are placed on birds to track their migration patterns, health, and behavior over time. It’s an educational and fun experience for all ages, especially for kids, who will get to see birds up close and contribute to conservation efforts!
In addition to bird banding, we’ll enjoy a nature hike and other activities for families to connect with nature and have a great time outdoors.
