Black History Month Art Show 2025 - Vendors Application

The Black History Month Art Show at Old Sugar Mill, founded by Rachelle Wiggins and Barbara Range of Sankofa Gallery in 2019, is Northern California's fastest-growing Black History Month event. Each year, it draws wine enthusiasts from all over to experience a vibrant showcase of art, culture, food, music, and more. Don’t miss your chance to apply for a vendor spot at this cherished celebration on February 16, 2025! Vendor spaces are available for Black Artists (woodwork, sculpture, drawing, painting, illustration, etc.). We are seeking artists whose work reflects the resilience, strength, and labor contributions of the Black community throughout history. This is an opportunity to uplift voices through visual art, crafts, sculpture, performance, and mixed media that highlight the intersection of resistance and labor within African American history. Other vendor opportunities may be available for Black-Owned small businesses, such as clothing, books, jewelry, bath and body, florals, etc. However, Artist vendors will be prioritized.
**Vendor Spaces**: Limited vendor spaces are available for Black-owned businesses and artisans who align with the event theme.

Vendor Application Form

Old Sugar Mill's Black History Month Art Show is on Sunday, February 16th, 2025. Event hours are from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm (Vendor hours are 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, with set up beginning at 9:30 am). Pricing will be $175 starting on December 11th. Vendor spots are 8x8, with one 6-foot table and 2 chairs provided by OSM. Please Fill out the form below to be considered for a vendor opportunity. Forms that are not filled out in it's entirety will not be accepted. Upon acceptance, an invoice will be sent to secure your vendor payment. Please do not provide payment or money to any other group until you receive an invoice directly from Old Sugar Mill. Vendor Location and Placement on the property is not guaranteed. (Vendor Fee's are applied this year to cover event expenses.)
