Consent: By filling in this form, I consent to Follow Bless Collective, The Salvation Army Pakenham, Cardinia Shire Council and ADRA sharing information for the purposes of providing Emergency Relief via Christmas Hampers
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a Christmas Hamper through Christmas Together, you must live or reside within the Cardinia Shire.
Important Information: All food & toys will be evenly distributed across all time slots. Please only register for a hamper once, it is one hamper per household address.
Your booking time is confirmed and you will receive a text message as confirmation.
