Thank you for showing interest in participating in the Inaugural Perth Italian Festival held on Saturday 5 April 2025 in Langley Park from 11 am to 10 pm.
The Expression of Interest (EOI) survey below will collect information about your stall, please give as much detail as possible to help with our planning of the festival.
We want to maximise variety at the Perth Italian Festival so that commercial and community groups are as successful as possible, and visitors can enjoy a wide range of Italian products and experiences.
Please be aware that all stalls must be related to the Italian Culture.

- Food Vendors: $1,200
Please note if a cool room is required, then additional costs may be incurred.
- Dry Stalls: $850
- Display (Community - Club/Association): $350

PROCESS ONCE APPLICATION IS RECEIVED:
Once we receive your EOI form, we will review it and contact you to confirm whether your stall has been accepted, following the Registration Closure date.
You will receive written acknowledgment of the application by the office, however, if you have not received acknowledgment within one week, please email perthitalianfestivalwa@gmail.com.
Please also understand all Perth Italian Festival Committee members are volunteering to work for the Perth Italian Festival. We will update and/or provide you with all the information as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE:
- 2 January 2025 - 2 February 2025 - Registration is closed and site allocation will commence.
- Full Payment will be required on approval of application, prior to the event.
- Cancellations after payment will only receive 75% of their total invoice back.
- Cancellations after 28 March 2025 will not receive a refund.
- Food stall operators must comply with the Food Vendor guidelines published by the City of Perth and cannot trade without a temporary permit.
- Food Vendors to provide Food Registration certificate with their own Council, with Expression of Interest.
- A Public Liability Insurance Policy ($20M) will also be required, with an Expression of Interest.
- The Perth Italian Festival - Stalls and Displays are 3mx3m Marques with 10 amp power supplied. This is included in the stall/display fee.
- Food Vendors are requested to have items reasonably priced. Food Vendors are required to advise what food menu will be provided along with the price.
- Food Truck/Stall is also required to provide a full map layout once confirmed. This is a compulsory requirement.
- Once site holder capacity has been reached which may occur before the registration closing date, any additional applications will be received on a waitlist and will be allocated on a cancellation basis only.
- Any equipment hired from outside companies is done so at its own risk and is not covered by Perth Italian Festival WA Inc. Insurance in case of theft and damages.
- On the day to assist the volunteers, with the end-of-day clean up, please ensure your site is left tidy. Please do not stack rubbish next to bins. Failure to do this will result in your organisation being charged a Site Clean Up fee.
- Site holders agree to be installed by 10 am and remain on-site until 10.30 pm. There is no vehicle movement on the grounds from 10 am to 10.30 pm.
- Please list names/organisation sharing your space. Perth Italian Festival reserves the right to deny access to any entity that has not been approved.
