A flowy evening practice of Chandra Namaskar or ‘Moon Salutations’~ this is a cooling, calming sequence of poses perfect to wind down at the end of the day and prepare the body for rest. A great practice to hone in on posture and breath~we’ll be moving through guided rythmic cycles of motion offering light modifications supportive to building a routine practice and memorizing poses~ open to all levels of abilities and experience w/ extra props available, hot tea provided, & we will close out the last 15 minutes of session with a singing bowl soundbath
