Thank you for considering me to care for you and your hair! To ensure we have enough time and book the right service for you, please complete this short form.

**Operating Hours:**
- Wednesday–Friday: 10 AM–6 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM–5 PM

I typically respond to inquiries within 12 hours. However, submissions made between Sunday and Tuesday will be answered on Wednesday.

Currently, my schedule is booked about 4–5 weeks out. Upon approval, you’re welcome to join my waitlist for an earlier opening.
