  • Cooper Park junior parkrun & Moray Active Schools Participation League 2026/27
Following the success of the last two years, the Cooper Park junior parkrun & Active Schools Participation League is back for 2026/27!

The programme encourages children to get active, have fun and represent their school. On the last Sunday of each month, every registered child who completes Cooper Park junior parkrun earns 1 point for their school.

🚨 Important: Registration must be completed again
Active Schools: Register once per school year.
parkrun: Register once in your child’s lifetime.
All children must register again for the 2026/27 league, even if they took part previously.
Previous registrations do not carry over.
    How it works
Children aged 4–14 can take part.
Each registered child who completes the parkrun earns 1 point.
    Finishing position does not matter.
Children can attend as often as they like.
Points are collected throughout the school year, with final totals calculated in May 2027.
    Schools compete in three categories:

Small Primary: 99 pupils or fewer
    Large Primary: 100+ pupils
    Secondary
The school with the most points in each category wins a trophy.
