PLEASE NOTE:
All horses will be ridden and/or played/viewed by the horse master(s) in order for the horse master to rate and evenly distribute pools of horses for play.
All horses will participate in an onsite pre-tournament vet inspection which will check for overall health and condition of horses, soundness and Body Condition Score.
Horses must arrive on site by Monday, September 29 and be available for horse master trials and tournament vet inspection.
Horses must remain on site during the entirety of tournament play. Local horses may not be transported back and forth for games.
Stabling/turnout will be provided.
Only horses that pass the tournament vet inspection and receive approval from the horse master will be allowed to be placed into the pool of horses for play.
Horses must have transportation to/from the facility and while onsite to different arenas.
Horses must have a groom(s) attending to them.
Horses must come with all appropriate tack and equipment.
Horses need to be fit and tournament ready for 12 goal level arena polo.
Practice games will take place on Saturday October 4, and horses will play in 4-5 tournament games. The finals will be held on Sunday, October 12.
Horses are only permitted to play 2, half chukkers per game.
