Agreement: I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to provide my own set up materials including tent, table, chairs, linen and tent weights (weights are REQUIRED for outdoor events). I acknowledge that my vendor booth fee covers ONE 10x10 space and understand I will need to pay for any additional space needed. As a vendor, I agree to leave my area clean and free of any trash. I am aware that I will not pack up my booth and leave prior to the event end time, unless previously authorized by the event coordinator(s). I understand that this is a rain or shine event and the market coordinator will make a final "rain out" call no more than 24 hours prior to the start of event time. In the case where the event is cancelled or postponed, any monies paid to Palace Markets will then be converted into a credit for a future market/ event to be utilized within 6 months of cancelled event date. If I choose to no-show, my payment is non-refundable and no credits will be provided. Vendor cancellations may obtain a 50% CREDIT if cancelled no less than 14 days prior to event start date.
