REPORT
Dear {name},
Thank you for participating in the IAMX Authenticity Quiz! Your personalized results are below. Please be sure to click SUBMIT (bottom of the form) to receive your results via email.
A True Leader has a combination of qualities that include authenticity, empathy and intelligence. Authenticity is the foundation of being a True Leader and comes first.
Your Authenticity Score is:
Best Self: {best}%
Drama: {drama}%
Resilience: {resilience}
An authentic True Leader is able to reliably bring your Best Self to pressure situations, including when there is volatility, uncertainty, complexity, change, and ambiguity, while also being authentic and real about the human aspects of yourself - what we call Drama.
The goal is to lead yourself and others from your Best Self, to learn from Drama, and to use shifting between Best Self and Drama to develop resilience.
The goal is NOT a low Drama score! The goal is to be authentic and resilient under pressure.
What opportunities do you see to develop the authentic quality of your True Leadership?
As you consider your results, where would you like to develop?
We’re happy to discuss your Authenticity Score with you. Please schedule time to discuss your results!
