- Training Sites must keep a copy of all completed roster reports and supplementary documentation for a minimum of 3 years
- All courses must be reported within seven (7) days of the completion
- If there are additional instructors aligned through a Training Center other than Cascade Training Center, a copy of their instructor card must be included
