Bergman Craft Show & Fall Festival Sept. 27 & 28 2025

The Bergman Orchards Craft Show & Fall Festival is our annual event to showcase LOCAL CRAFTERS & ARTISANS. We look for creative people with greats products, whether you're a seasoned pro or just beginning we'd love to have you. The goal is to have plenty of vendors but also not have too many with similar items as to not take away sales from others, so if you don't get accepted it may just be because we have multiple vendors with similar products already. We also don't typically accept direct sales, as we like to showcase local talent. If this seems like the place for you please fill out our application below.

Please be aware of the following information:

1. Applications are reviewed individually and based on the description of the items you sell as to not to have too many individuals selling the same items.
2. Not all booths available have electricity, so keep this in mind while choosing your booth.
3. We do not provide tables or chairs, so remember to bring your own.
4. Please be aware that this is a family event and we reserve the right to reject any application that we deem inappropriate.
5. Payment will be due 30 days from when we contact you with your acceptance to the show. Do not send any payment unless you are contacted.
6. If you fail to make a payment within the 30 days you will be notified of your withdrawl.
7. Deadline for a full refund in the case of cancellation must be received 30 days prior to the show. NO REFUNDS will be issued after this date. 
8. Setup information will be emailed to the accepted vendors a week before the show.

By signing the following form I hereby release Bergman Orchards from any accidents, damages, or theft of any items at any time before, during, or after Bergman Craft Show & Fall Festival.
