Showing Time is a scheduling and showing management tool integrated with Multiple Listing Services (MLS) to streamline the process of scheduling property showings for real estate agents. Sellers will receive a text message to add the ap to their phones so they may manage showings. It allows agents to request and confirm showings, manage feedback, all within the MLS platform. This system aims to reduce phone calls, save time, and improve overall efficiency in the real estate showing process.

For Sale Sign, place for Seller’s phone number on sign. Seller responsible for sign post and posting. Includes shipping/handling.

Broker Representation with offers $1800.00$300.00

$300 due upon submitting order to list the property and $1500 due at close of escrow. Assistance with offers includes review of the offer, offer response (counteroffers) including multiple offers, all disclosure receipt verifications, escrow setup, preliminary title order, inspection response, lender communication, and review of final closing statement for any inaccurate fees. The $300 initial fee is non-refundable and is deemed to be earned once listed. If the sale fails to close, the remaining $1500 is NOT due. The $1500.00 is in addition to the Buyer Broker compensation you agree to pay. If Seller chooses to sign or deliver any contracts without Broker’s assistance, Seller will hold Broker harmless for any loss or damage that may occur. *Seller must be available via email for e-signatures, which is used for all notices and correspondence. **Offer review and assistance is offered during business hours. ***Seller authorizes Broker to insert into the MLS listing instructions to the agents that will state “Offers are reviewed within ONE BUSINESS Day of receipt”.
