Christmas Fair 2024 Terms & Conditions
By indicating below, you (VENDOR), agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. St. William the Abbot (SWA) reserves the right to control the display/sale of any and all items sold on property. Vendors will be asked to remove any item(s) that we deem to be inappropriate or contrary to our mission. Vendors not complying with this request will be removed from the property.
VENDOR agress that all items sold must by legally possessed and appropriate for sale. VENDOR may not display and/or sell any item(s) that would infringe on any trademarks or copyrights (ie, "knock-offs") and any vendor observed to be in possession of any illegal item(s) will be prevented from participating from the Fair. VENDOR understands and agrees that SWA will hold them responsible for any and all damages levied against SWA due to VENDOR engaging in any illegal activity while operating on property.
The burden of responsibility rests upon the VENDOR to safeguard their merchandise. SWA will not be responsible for any missing items.
Set-Up: Access will reopen at 8am on Saturday, December 7th and Sunday, December 8th for vendors who are participating.
Break-Down: Vendors and their merchandise must be out of the building by 6pm.
Tables/Sale Space: An 8-foot table and 2-chairs will be provided along with a table cloth. Locations are first-come, first-served depending on when we receive this form and complete payment. Once payment has been accepted, we are unable to process refunds. All vendors must sell their merchandise from behind their table area as to not block other vendors or flow of traffic. No staples, tacks, nails, tape, or hooks can be used on the walls. No electricity will be provided.
Parking: All vendors are asked to park in the rear of the school.
Raffles: Vendors must supply an item of $25 or greater to be used by St. William the Abbot as a raffle at the Christmas Fair or other event. Directions for drop-off will be provided.
