1 Year Pre-Pay UNLIMITED Fitness  Membership Terms

1. WAIVER: Member represents and warrants that all facts stated in the JOP Waiver of Liability submitted by the member are true and correct. The Waiver is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this agreement. All students must sign the Waiver of Liability.

4. HOLD: The JOP Membership can be put on a temporary, 1-month “Hold” once per year, to accommodate vacations, business travels, personal reasons, sickness etc. A “Hold” month does not count toward your 12 months of Membership. You must notify the studio in advance of your autopay to request “Hold” status.

 

5. RENEW: JOP Membership can be renewed upon client request with the signing of a new contract.

6. COMPLETION OF MEMBERSHIP: Membership will end after 12 months (1 Year).

7. THE RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER RCW 19.142.040:

1. If you wish to cancel this contract within 3 business days of signing you may cancel it by delivering or mailing a written notice to JOP. The notice must say that you do not wish to be bound by the contract and must be delivered or mailed before midnight of the third business day after you sign this contract. The notice must be mailed to 2130 Grant Street, Bellingham, WA. If you cancel within the three days, JOP will return to you within thirty days all amounts you have paid.

8. MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS: Options below regarding changing or transferring your Membership. 

a. TRANSFER: Transfer the remainder months of Membership to a Friend/Family member. 

b. GIFT: Gift the remainder months of Membership to a Friend/Family member.

 

 

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: As a Member, I understand I am entitled to use the facility withinthe scope of the Membership that I have selected, and that I am obligated to pay my Membership fees regardless of whether or not I use the facility. I agree to promptly update Joy of Pilates with any change in my contact information (including address, telephone number oremail address) or change in credit card information.

 

I certify that I have read the foregoing Membership Agreement, and that by signing below, I acknowledge that I understand and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions hereof. I further acknowledge that a fully executed copy of this Membership Agreement has been provided to me. I also certify that I am in receipt of the JOP policies, which may be revised from time to time.
