THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Deadline: The deadline for all applications (food trucks and handmade vendors) is June 1, 2025. Applications received after this date will be considered only if space is available in your category.
Acceptance time frame: Applications will be juried on a rolling basis. You will be notified of acceptance or denial after your items are juried.
Booth Prices: Crafters $245-$480 / Food $575 Prices will be shown when type of vendor is selected.
Payment: If accepted, an invoice will be sent to your email and payment must be received within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice to reserve your space. Payment to be made by check payable to Village Peddler Events, LLC and mailed to 2364 Cambrian Way Madison, OH 44057
Electricity: Electricity is available for an additional fee. It is limited and booth space will be determined by electrical needs. The electrical form must be filled out in order to be considered for electricity. No generators are allowed on Farmpark grounds.
Photos and Bio: These will be used for the jury process and for social media promotion. We spotlight each vendor leading up to the show on Facebook and Instagram. We cannot use photos with any trademarked or licensed images. Please do not submit these.
Appointments for setup: We are staggering setup in order to help with the backup of vehicles. Please choose a time you will arrive for setup. Once at your spot, unload your vehicle and move it to vendor parking. No exceptions. More details will be provided closer to the event.
Vendor instructions: Hang tight. Vendor instructions (including where to park, how to load in, times for the day, etc.) will be provided closer to the event.
Food Vendor/Truck vs. Handmade Artist or Crafter: Not sure which application to submit? If you are preparing food onsite, you are a food vendor.
Certificates of Insurance: ALL food vendors (ANYONE selling any type of food items, including pet food), will need to carry insurance for the show. You will need to provide us with certificate of insurance in the minimum amount of $2,000,000 and naming the Board of Park Commissioners, Lake Metroparks, and Village Peddler Events, LLC as additional insured.
