Hurricane Vendor Site Form
We appreciate you for expressing interest in our vetted vendor list. Please be aware of the following key points regarding the application process:
1. Background Check: Submitting this form implies consent to a background check on your business, which may also involve an evaluation of all associated parties.
2. After submitting your application, please check your email for a link to pay application fee of $250.00 non-refundable fee for background check and $200.00 application fee for EXPO vendor list. If your application is denied you will be refunded $200.
3. Please be informed that there is a booth fee for the EXPO's of $500.00 per day for the EXPO and some EXPO's are for 2 days. 2 day EXPO's are $1000 total. All government agencies are permitted to set up at no charge. Additionally, 501(c)(3) organizations are exempt from this fee.
4. Setup for all expos will take place from 10:00AM to 11:00AM. We kindly ask that you read each question carefully during the application process. If your application is approved, please note all fees are due upfront.
5. Cancelation of an EXPO due to weather or other circumstance will be rescheduled for future date.
