SBS GRADING AND CONCRETE WILL REQUIRE 50% OF THE BALANCE AT THE TIME OF SCHEDULING AND THE REMAING BALANCE AT THE TIME OF COMPLETION.
SBS Grading & Concrete reserves the right to correct any balance/pricing erros. SBS Grading & Concrete is not responsible to any damages to yards or pets including utility lines such as water lines, gas lines, electrical lines, phone/internet lines and or any septic damages. A charge will be added for any additional labor such as extra grading. Customer is responsible for pulling any permits. SBS Grading & Concrete does not offer any warranties on concrete. Deposits are non refundable.
By signing this document, customer understand and agrees with all the purchase agreement found on this document.
