39th Silsilah Summer Course on Muslim-Christian Dialogue

RATIONALE

Participants are guided to build friendship and be able to appreciate the journey of Christianity and Islam giving a special attention to the spirit of synodality and the document, “Human Fraternity” to move together toward a better future in the spirit of dialogue and peace.

OBJECTIVES

To have a dialogical understanding of Christianity and Islam through an overview of the two religions and time of immersion in the basic course.

.• To deepen in the special course the spirit of synodality as a challenge to move together in the spirit of the document, Human Fraternity.”

• To understand more the alarming signs present in Christianity and Islam today as well as the signs of hope for the future, through lectures, open fora and group discussions.
