    Thank you for providing feedback on your service. When a booking is made, you would have received an email or SMS containing a link to our Terms and Conditions and Service Policy. These documents provide detailed information on how to prepare for our arrival and the limitations of each service we offer.  They are provided to set clear expectations and help avoid any misunderstandings. We advised you to review these policies upon booking. If, after reading them, you found that the expected outcome did not align with your requirements, you were welcome to cancel the service within the specified cancellation period without penalty.

    Most reservice requests are made because of an expectation great than that set out in our Service Policy.

  • Please provide detailed information such as the nature of the issue, the specific room(s) affected, and any known causes. Note that we do not respond to allegations, defamatory statements, or any misrepresentation of Focused on Cleaning or our employees. Our goal is to address concerns professionally and objectively. Additionally, please keep in mind the service limitations outlined in our Service Policy, as this helps ensure that expectations are aligned with what was agreed upon at the time of booking
