Welcome to the 2025 Miss Boone County 4-H Fair Queen Program!

Get ready to shine! We're thrilled to invite you to be part of the 66th annual Miss Boone County Fair Queen Program! This exciting journey will culminate in a spectacular event on Friday, July 18, 2025, at the Witham Health Services Pavilion located at the Boone County fairgrounds.

Key Dates & Meetings
📅 Contestant Meetings: June 3, June 16, June 22, July 8, July 13, July 15 & July 18
📅 Application Deadline: Friday, May 16, 2025, by Midnight
📅 Sponsorship Deadline: Monday, May 19, 2025

These meetings will help you build confidence, develop skills, and prepare you for an unforgettable experience!

Before completing your application, please review the contestant Requirements, Judging Criteria, and other important details about the program. Understanding these expectations will help you confidently move forward in the application process!

How to Apply
✔ Complete and submit this online application by May 16 at Midnight
✔ Mail or deliver your $150 sponsor fee & Sponsor Form(s) by May 19 to the Boone County Extension Office at 1300 E. 100 S., Lebanon, IN 46052

Note: You may have more than one sponsor to reach the total $150 sponsor fee. If you have multiple sponsors, please submit a completed Sponsor Form for each contributor. Sponsorship funds over $150 shall be reimbursed to the Contestant for approved expenses.

We are accepting only 20 completed applications, so don’t wait!

An Exciting Opportunity
The 2025 Miss Boone County Queen and Court will proudly serve as key ambassadors during fair week July 20-27 and the Queen will represent Boone County at the Indiana State Fair Queen Contest from January 2-4, 2026.
