Pre-Baptismal Class RSVP FORM

Baptismal preparation classes are required of all parents and Godparents of children to be baptized at St. Ann. Classes are also for St. Ann parishioners who will be Godparents for children to be baptized at another parish.

If someone needs to take the Baptismal preparation class and is not a parishioner of St. Ann, a letter of permission from the person's parish priest is required to take the class.

Classes are in the Formation Center and start at 10am. We do not offer babysitting services, and we request that you do not bring your little ones to class. We want to offer a good adult learning environment without distractions. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
