Council Chartered Unit EIN Request
The following is for Council-Chartered Unit's only. Please provide the following information and our accounting department will send a letter to your bank with all the required information, including the EIN. Accounting will notify you and your District Executive when the letter has been sent. Only fully completed forms will be processed. Please reach out to your District Executive with any questions.
The Council Unit Representative (CUR/COR) will be a signer on the account.
The Unit must provide at least 2 additional signers
Typically the Committee Chair and Unit Treasurer
Signers cannot be related or live in the same house.
Bank Statements are required to be shared at Unit Committee Meetings.
