January 3rd - January 4th, 2025

The event will be at Oklahoma Weslyan University in Bartlesville, OK.

Cost is $25 if registered by November 30th, 2024.

Early Bird Registration will close Sunday, November 30th, 2024.

Late Registration Cost is $50.

Late Registration will close December 15th, 2024.

Free Lodging is available at First Wesleyan Church in Bartlesville, OK.

Optional Mens OKWU Basketball game on Saturday, January 4th at 3pm (Entry Fee covered by OKWU).

YOUTH WILL NEED TO BRING THE FOLLOWING:

Sleeping Bag and Pillow

Toiletries (No showers are available at First Wesleyan)

Bible and Notebook

Change of Clothes

Any Medications Needed
