Terms and Conditions for Merchandise Donations
By submitting a request for merchandise donations through Heart on Main Street, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Availability of Donations: Donations are subject to availability and may be limited based on the inventory contributions from participating retailers. Heart on Main Street cannot guarantee specific items or quantities.
Confirmation and Communication: Once your request is submitted, Heart on Main Street will contact you to confirm donation details and discuss any specific requirements. All communication regarding donation arrangements will be handled by our team.
Pickup and Delivery: If your donation request is approved, Heart on Main Street will work with you to arrange logistics for pickup or delivery of the donated merchandise. You will be notified of the scheduled details ahead of time.
Use of Donations: Merchandise received through this program is intended for resale in your store. Donations are to be used exclusively for your business operations and cannot be redistributed.
Limitation of Liability: Heart on Main Street is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues related to the merchandise donated, including but not limited to issues with quality, condition, or suitability for your store’s needs.
