Girl Scout Impact Fund
The Girl Scout Impact Fund, sponsored by Girl Scouts Dakota Horizons (GSDH), is a funding opportunity designed to support innovative community-based projects and initiatives by service units that create positive change in local communities. This fund aims to empower service units and their members by providing financial support to foster community development. This fund is aimed to support service unit events and must be requested by an elected service unit volunteer.
Eligibility
Project or event must take place within GSDH council geography.
Project or event must be Girl Scout-led.
Service units can partner with other organizations, but Girl Scouts must be the primary organizer.
Money should be used for event supplies only.
Girl involvement must be a top priority.
Service units can only receive one grant per Girl Scout year.
Grant request must be submitted eight (8) weeks prior to event date.
