If you are approved, your space will be held and then secured after we receive your payment. Payment via zelle or venmo will be due in order to secure your spot. You will receive setup information (timing, booth space location, etc) via email.
Booth fees are:
Market vendor tent: $50 (additional $25 for electricity)
Food Truck vendors: $100 (additional $25 for electricity)
Booth spaces are 10’W x 15D’ . Food Truck spaces will be limited to 2 vendors. All products and fixtures must remain within your assigned space and may not encroach on neighboring booth spaces. The Market will run Sunday from 9:00am - 2:00pm. Vendors must be completely set up by 8:30 am and cannot begin teardown until 2:00pm and must be complete by 3:00 p.m.
Vendors are required to bring their own weighted tents, tables, chairs, decorations, and other necessities. You must also clean up any trash you have and make sure the space is the same as you found it.
No politically affiliated items will be permitted at the event.

Vendor/Participant agrees to indemnify and hold the KINshoppe Salon LLC. and all Volunteers and/or Employees harmless from any and all damages, or reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or in connection with (1) any structures erected by the contestant, (2) any apparatus, equipment, or personal property used by the Vendor, (3) any act or omission to act of Vendor, its agents, invitees, participants, representatives, employees and (4) any claims made on account the Vendor’s participation in the event, including those resulting from the sale or distribution of the Vendor’s products or services.
I understand that KINshoppe Salon LLC. reserves the right to ban any vendor at any time.
