Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are currently inviting children from 3rd class and upwards to become altar servers in our three parish churches. If you and your child are interested, we invite you to complete this form.

There will be an introductory meeting for parents and our new servers in St John's Church on Monday 6th October at 6.45pm. This will be followed up by training sessions in whatever church your child will be serving in.
