At Eastern Carolina Veterinary Referral, we strive to provide compassionate and timely care to all of our patients. By providing us a notice of cancellation within 48 hours of your pet's appointment, we will be able to accommodate other patients with your appointment slot.
A $100 deposit is required for all consultations with one of our specialists. Payment is due at the time the appointment is scheduled and may be made over the phone, in person, or via a remote payment link emailed to you upon request. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you inform us at least 48 hours (or 2 business days) in advance. Your early cancellation will allow another patient to get necessary medical attention. If the deposit is not received, your appointment may be cancelled without notice.
Clients who do not show for their appointment or cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. If an appointment is cancelled/rescheduled in advance, the deposit can be saved for the next appointment or refunded.
