Our menu changes each week and explores food diversity and flavor profiles that are both nutritious & delicious - Breakfasts, Seasonal Soups, Salads, Sandwiches, Wraps, Casseroles, Pastas, Entrees and so much more.
Our menu is Plant Based Vegetarian. A "Vegetarian Diet" does not include meat, poultry or seafood (we are also Dairy Free). Any Sauces & Meat Alternatives we use on our menu are always homemade by our Chef. The majority of our menu offerings are also Gluten Free.
Meal prep prices cover the cost of groceries, ingredients, supplies & preparation time by the chef.
