  • Kindergarten Program Registration – Fueling Brains Education Services

    Fueling Brains Education Services is a not‑for‑profit, Alberta Education–approved Early Childhood Services provider. This form serves as your child’s official registration into the Fueling Brains Academy Kindergarten program. ​​

  • For this Registration, you will need:

    Prior to starting the registration process​​ you will require the following information: Child's proof of age, citizenship and legal name: Examples include: Alberta Birth Certificate, Canadian Birth Certificate, Canadian passport, Canadian Citizenship Card, Canadian Citizenship Certificate, Confirmation of Permanent Residence or the Canadian Certificate of Indian Status Additional documentation may​​ be required: Custody / Guardianship Student Health Form Student Assessment

  • To be eligible for the Kindergarten program, the child must be at least 4 years and 8 months old (4.8 years) as of August 31, 2026, to register.

  • Is the child currently registered to a Kindergarten program at a CBE (Calgary Board of Education), Calgary Catholic, private, or other school for the 2026/2027 school year? (Excluding Fueling Brains Academy)*

  • You have indicated “yes” on the JotForm, confirming that your child is currently enrolled in another program receiving funding for Kindergarten. As a result, they are not eligible.

    Please note: the Kindergarten portion runs from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM, Monday to Thursday. If your child is attending outside these hours, regular childcare fees apply and are managed directly through the Academy, not through our not‑for‑profit Education Services. Families must also be registered with the Academy.

    Upon registering, your child will be assigned an Alberta Student Number (ASN), which registers them with Alberta Education. Once your registration is received, you will receive a follow‑up email inviting you to create an account on our secure platform, School Cloud. School Cloud is a PASI‑compliant system that links with Alberta Education’s Student Information System and is used by your child’s teacher to share communication and progress reports, so please set up this account as soon as you receive the invitation.
