We are a dedicated team of volunteers who work to help horses daily. The application process is set up to require applications be entirely complete with all areas meeting our requirements in order to be approved. Sometimes, an application does not give us a full enough care picture to extend an approval or has a few areas that need a bit of change or improvement to make adoption possible in the future. This form is not a denial, but instead, a form to help you circle back in the future and be able to be approved. We always want to be able to see applicants able to adopt in the future, so we are sharing this checklist to allow you to consider some areas you might focus on in order to be approved in the future, so that if you apply again in the future, an approval can be possible. We look forward to seeing a a new, more complete picture of a home that complies with our requirements so that we may approve you as an adopter in 12 months, if you opt to re-apply! Areas to focus on for improvement to set yourself up for success, if you decide to re-apply in 12 months:

As a reminder, the application team is unable to explain in exact detail what led to to this decision. It is our hope that this form will indicate the areas that need improvement that will make an approval possible, if you chose to reapply. We want to help all applicants get to the point that approval is possible, as that means more great homes for horses.Once again, thank you very much for your time and consideration.
