At this point you will all have solified roles and corporate structure, and be read in on the startup plan during a week long event.

      The Retreat: We will pay for all expenses, you will only have to cover your transportation (car, plane, train) to and from the week long event.

This will bind you to not share details of the survey and event with friends, colleagues, and peers whom you may have had these conversations with in the past.
