Vendor Rules:
The Niagara Pumpkin Farm is requesting vendors have their set up(s) under pop-up tents ONLY. We do not supply tables or chairs. This is an outdoor event. Outdoor restrooms are available. The fee for a 10x10 booth rental space for this event is $100 paid to Cat Wolfe via Venmo at the time of the application submission to secure your spot. Payment processing is through Niagara Woodland Family Campground. Event organizing is in collaboration with Haunting Aesthetics LLC. A confirmation email with loading and unloading instructions and times will then be sent to you after payment is received in full and application is processed. Please allow the proper turn around time for granted approval of 24 business hours.

Payment is required in full at the time of application to secure your booth rental spot at each event. There are absolutely no refunds. In the event of an act of God or medical emergency with yourself or family please reach out directly.
The venue and businesses holding and hosting the event, volunteers, and staff, are not responsible for any goods or persons during the event. We do not accept small businesses, food trucks, or entertainment that do not carry the correct filing information.
The venue and businesses holding and hosting the event, volunteers, and staff are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.
Venue permitting, we accept outside alcohol and dessert businesses, however, we may require vendors to carry COI insurance and follow specific venu guidelines and policies for food/drink.
Vendors agree to the size, rule and regulation guidelines for their booth. We offer space no larger than 10x10. Vendors agree it is their responsibility to include secondary sources for power, tents, and the proper supplies to build their own booths.
Vendors agree to arrive at the event according to the email directed with parking instructions, unloading instructions, set up and tear down instructions and are subject to being disbarred from the organization if they do not follow those parameters.
Hosting businesses and their volunteers must grant approval for early close down of the booth.
No political items can be worn, sold or displayed.
All vendors must dress appropriately (shoes and shirts).
Vendors are to be held liable with costs associated with damages to the facility if applicable.
Smoking, vaping, marijuana, drugs and binge drinking is not allowed. “420 friendly” businesses are allowed to sell, however sampling of products on premises is not allowed.
No open flames.
Food vendors must bring a separate waste receptacle that can be sealed and taken with them at the end of the event. We do not allow waste dumping at the venu.
If guests or vendors choose to bring children it is not the hosting venue or business organizer’s responsibility to watch them and we will not be held liable for any injury or damage done by the children or to the children for any disruptions/misconduct.
Pricing of goods sold is the sole responsibility of the individual vendor. Deceptive merchandising or collusion will result in termination of vendor space.
There is no transferring of booths between vendors.
It is the responsibility of each vendor to abide by each state and federal regulations that govern sampling, production, labeling, or safety of product. All food must comply with all applicable state and federal health and safety regulations. Proper labeling must be used as defined by proper authority. Documentation must be displayed in the booth.
All vendors may be required to furnish proof of valid business documentations (EIN)(DBA)(LLC)(insurances and/or permits), and comply with all pop up vendor requirements as mandated by operating county and/or state regulations.
Organizing businesses only allows 2 persons behind each booth in the allotted space.
