Thank you for your interest in our in-person Holiday Mental Health Programs! All programs are free and open to the community. You do not have to be a YMCA member to participate.

We ask that you please complete this short form to register for the in-person session you plan to attend so we can ensure we have ample space and supplies available for everyone.

• Coping with Stress: Anxiety and Depression During the Holidays
  • December 12, 2024, 6 pm-7 pm - Floyd County Family YMCA (33 State St, New Albany, IN 47150)

Thank you for your interest in our Holiday Mental Health Program Staff Lunch and Learn: Introduction to the Mental Health Community Care Model.

The content will be the same at each session so please only register for one program. Lunch will be provided. Space is limited and registration will be honored on a first come, first serve basis.
